UGent’s BioStat is using innovative statistical methods to extract useful information from the new data streams created by new measurement technologies
High-throughput measurement technologies are being introduced in many sciences and environments (agriculture, medicine, ecology, ...). New statistical methods are required to efficiently extract useful information from these large data streams. At BioStat (www.biostat.ugent.be) we develop such methods.
